All COVID-19 protocols are being adhered to and we maintain the highest level of health and safety when dealing with our products. Following government advice our warehouse is remaining open for deliveries and contactless collections.
DELIVERIES:
We are still taking orders for delivery as normal, with all orders subject to 2-5days.
REFUNDS / RETURNS:
We are happy to exchange the product that you do not need or no longer want as long as it is in the original condition. If you return an item and are requesting a refund within 14 days from purchasing the item, we will give you a full refund by way of the original payment method.
We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
If you request a refund for an item during the above time frame but you cannot return it to us for some reason, simply email us for further action - refunds will be at our discretion.
For any damaged goods, please get in contact with us as they will need to be rectified before signing the sign off sheet at the time of delivery.
